Are You Ready?


If your a guy and want to know how to get muscle and become ripped your not alone. Almost everyone would prefer a buffed and toned body, like the guy in the picture, but there are not a lot of people that are actually willing to go through what it takes to get that body. It takes weight training, cardio and proper nutrition to build muscle. If any one of these ingredients is left out you're not going to get the results you want. Even if you do all three, you still may not get the results you want because of incorrect training. You've seen a marathon runner right? They do so much cardio it's ridiculous but they still don't look muscular and lean. They are working their hearts and are in great cardiovascular shape. However, they aren't doing the type of cardio that will burn fat, and they aren't incorporating weight training in their routines. You really don't want to be wasting your time and energy with exercise that won't burn fat. And you don't want to exercise properly only to ruin it with the meals you're eating. Don't forget that when you start your workout routine to build muscle chances are that you will be very sore the next day. This, along with eating only certain foods, will be hardest part of your body transformation. You have to be mentally tough and think of the end results.
